FAQ

How much does the first visit cost?
The first appointment is a thorough case history, examination, and recommendations for treatment. This is a very important appointment with the doctor and this is the foundation for your program of care. This appointment is typically 1/2 hour and the cost is 75-150. With insurance, the cost will be according to your policy benefits, there may only be a small co-payment.

Do you take my insurance?
We file claims with every carrier. In some cases there may be a payment due at the time of service, others there may be a co-pay, and others there may be a deductible. It is best for you to know your benefits by calling your carrier. Aetna and United are fee for service, you pay for your visit and we file the forms. You receive any payment due back to you directly.

How long does it take?
The first visit is about 30 minutes. This is an evaluation and management appointment to determine the best course of care for you. From there our treatment plans and care programs are designed to give you the best care with the best outcomes. The treatment recommendations by the doctor are based on best practices and appropriate standards of care.

I'm in pain now, can I be seen right away?
Yes, when you call say that you are in need of an emergency appointment. We will do our best to get you in that day or the very next business day.

What our patients say

I had never seen a chiropractor before. I called based on a recommendation from my sister. I was a bit skeptical but I trusted my sister and didn't think my regular doctor would do anything except give me muscle relaxers and pain meds. Right away when I went to the clinic I felt at ease. They were very friendly and helpful. I didn't have to wait long and the doctor came and got me and took me back. He explained everything he was doing and why. I liked that. He gave me confidence and told me what he suspected that was causing my pain. After x-rays he said I had some degeneration in my spine. I had no idea. I thought it was a spasm. He explained how that happens and how he could help me. He recommended adjustments and physical therapy exercises and muscle treatment (he did it all in the clinic, I didn't have to go anywhere else). He recommended natural supplements instead of meds and it worked. I felt better. He adjusted me and it didn't hurt. He said that I have to participate in my treatment by doing my exercises and keeping my appointments, he does the adjustments to realign my bones and my job is to allow my body to do the healing. As simple as that sounds it really is true and makes sense. I did what he told me to do and I got better. I continue on my own to get my regular monthly adjustments and it makes a huge difference for me. I feel better overall and very rarely have back pain or headaches. I used to get headaches almost weekly. Now hardly at all. I will keep up with my appointments and it is part of my health routine. Overall I am very happy I decided to act on the advice of my sister. This has made a big difference for me.
