Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medicine that stimulates specific points on the body with the insertion of thin needles. Our practitioners use these points to stimulate nerves, muscles, and connective tissue in order to boost your body’s natural ability to ease its own pain. This process is generally pain free. Often our patients cannot feel the needles at all or experience only the mildest discomfort.
Acupuncture aids in pain alleviation and can be used to help treat a variety of conditions. Acupuncture is an excellent alternative medicine for those looking for natural healthcare options.
Acupuncture can be used to treat a myriad of diseases, disorders, and ailments. These can include tendonitis, headaches, chronic pain and fatigue, arthritis and joint pain, TMJ, chemotherapy discomfort, back and neck pain, menstrual cramps, respiratory disorders, and more.

Dry Needling
Dry needling is an excellent option for those suffering from trigger points, tight heart muscles, and sports injuries. If you suffer from sports related conditions such as overtraining, elbow or shoulder tendonitis, runner’s knee and more, you could greatly benefit from this technique.
Dry needling essentially uses a thicker gauge acupuncture needle to address a specific area of pain. The insertion of this needle releases the tugging or pulling of the nerve fibers that cause pain signals. This process releases the tension and the trigger point, resulting in pain relief.
For best results, we recommend between three and six dry needling sessions.
